Despite having the resources, there was a fundamental unwillingness to embrace the technological future ahead.

So I turned to small businesses, expecting more flexibility and innovation. Instead, I discovered something that shocked me: countless business owners buried in manual, mundane tasks. Critical automation opportunities missed. Important processes falling through the cracks. And too many trying to force their unique workflows into antiquated software that was never built for them.
